My first job, in 2013, was in an automotive R&D lab in Wuppertal, testing coatings for car makers.
Then I ran projects with 1,700+ workers across Germany and coached more than 2,000 adults in career programmes.
I co-founded a fintech and sailed across the Atlantic. In 2025 I sat down with religious leaders in Kerbala to talk about travel to Iraq. Today I build companies from Vilnius.
